This is $49.95 per 1 month membership. You will be required to submit a credit card and for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the rate of $49.95 until your cancel your membership. FREE for the first 2 days with no initial charge.

1. 3 Months (90 days)

This is $129.95 per three months membership. You will be required to submit a credit card and for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew every 90 days at the rate of $129.95 until your cancel your membership. FREE for the first 2 days with no initial charge.

3. Annually (365 days)

This is $399.95 per 1 year membership. You will be required to submit a credit card and for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew every 365 days at the rate of $399.95 until your cancel your membership.

Cancellation:

If you cancel within the first 48 hours of the subscription there won't be any charges on your credit card/pay pal account. You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime and your cancellation will take effect immediately. Cancellation must be done through the third party companies (pay pal or 2chekout.com) where you initially started your subscription. For pay pal users simply login to your pay pal account click on the link associated with our subscription and cancel. For credit card users you should call the third party credit card company (2chekout.com) and cancel your subscription. The contact number can be found on the initial email you received from 2chekout.

Termination:

StockPicksGuaranteed.com reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the StockPicksGuaranteed.com site or cancel membership in StockPicksGuaranteed.com without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use.

You are responsible for the use of your password. Membership with StockPicksGuaranteed will continue until it is either discontinued by StockPicksGuaranteed, or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded. You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with StockPicksGuaranteed, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere.
